We’re seeking a candidate to join the Accounts Payable or Costing Department in our Pensacola, FL Corporate Office!

Our Data Entry/Accounts Payable Clerk's primary responsibility is to execute the administrative and clerical needs of the Accounts Payable and Costing Department by carrying out the following Duties:

• Data Entry
• Sorting, logging, photocopying, and filing invoices
• Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with Company policies

Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Invoice coding and processing experience, ability to meet deadlines

Compensation and Schedule

• This position is full-time and pay starts at $14.00/hour
• Hours are consistently Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Nights and weekends are yours!
